Jarrod Wise, Chemical Engineer at APV Engineered Coatings, received his degree from the University of Akron in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in polymer engineering. Jarrod plays a major role in research as well as the commercialization of prototype developments from design to scale up stages.

Cory Baker, Development Chemist at APV Engineered Coatings, has 23 years of experience in qualifying and formulating coatings and silicone rubber compounds for the wire and cable, automotive, aerospace, and industrial fabrics industries.

Greg Marty, Development Chemist, has over 40 years of experience in the coatings industry.? In his early years, he was formally trained at a printing ink company called Thiele-Engdahl, where he progressed from lab technician to plant manager.

The Late, Mr. Hugh Barrett, was a well-respected technical consultant with APV Engineered Coatings from 2002 to 2021. He had a vast chemical engineering background and was instrumental to the company in formulating for unique coating challenges.
